Middlebridge Parking and Towing Policy & Process
Townhomes - Vehicles parked in assigned spaces:
Each townhome is assigned two parking spaces. Owners are responsible for informing their guests to park in a space assigned to their home or a visitor space. In the event someone parks in a space assigned to your home, please first check with your neighbors if their guests have parked in your assigned space, so they can move the vehicle. If this is not possible or successful, you may call CVI at 301-596-2600 to request towing.
Townhomes - Unregistered or inoperable Vehicles:
CVI routinely visits the neighborhood. If they see any inoperable vehicles parked in any townhome space (assigned or visitor) will get a notice to be towed. Towing will occur as detailed in the notice (usually within 5 days).
Single Family streets:
Since the streets in the single-family section are public streets, enforcement of County regulations including towing is done by the County. To report unregistered / abandoned vehicles send email to Abandoned.Vehicle@montgomerycountymd.gov or Request@middlebridge.org or call CVI 301-596-2600. To report a vehicle illegally parked call the police non-emergency number 301-279-8000.
