The HOA contracts for Trash pickups on Tuesday and Friday. If a scheduled pickup falls on a Holiday or inclement weather prevents pick up, pick up will normally occur on next scheduled day.


The County provides Recycling pickups on Tuesday. If a scheduled pickup falls on a Holiday or inclment weather prevents pickup, pickup will normally occur the next day. We have two annual HOA meetings, one in May to elect Board members and one in November for the budget.


As specified in the By-laws and Covenants, we have an Architectural and Environmental Review Committee and all exterior changes must be submitted to and approved by the committee before changes are made.


We have the following community activities that we hope you can participate in


- Spring stream clean-up in April

- End of summer community picnic and pool party in September


The HOA provides an annual spring bulk trash pickup in May. Any and all trash will be picked up from the curb in front of every house.

Bulk shredding service is provided every other year in May.
