The HOA contracts for Trash pickups on Tuesday and Friday. If a scheduled pickup falls on a Holiday, pickup will normally occur on next SCHEDULED day. Our contract provides up to TWO free bulk trash pickups per home each year. Click Here for instructions.


The County provides Recycling pickups on Tuesday. If a scheduled pickup falls on a Holiday, pickup will normally occur the next day. We have two annual HOA meetings, one in May to elect Board members and one in November for the budget. 


As specified in the By-laws and Covenants, we have an Architectural and Environmental Review Committee and requests for all exterior changes must be submitted to and approved by the committee before changes are made
