Legacy Window Air Conditioning (AC) units that extend beyond the window and are visible from the street are not allowed and are deemed in violation of HOA Architectural requirements.
Portable Air Conditioners with small exhausts that do not extend beyond the window are allowed and do not require approval.
The addition of an Air Conditioner on the exterior of a home requires an Architectural Review Request Approval before they may be installed. This includes, but is not limited to, standard Compressors, Mini-Split, and Heat Pumps.
Replacement of an existing Air Conditioner compressor or Heat Pump does not require approval.
