Bulk Trash Instructions

If you need bulk trash pickup, GFL provides each home up to TWO pick ups per year.  NOTE:  Bulk is limited to one or two items. GFL can remove additional items for a charge (this charge is a homeowner responsibility). GFL will confirm information prior to scheduling your pick up.

 

Montgomery County provides a ‘how to dispose’ list for many items that you may want to cross-reference before calling for a bulk pick up:  https://www2.montgomerycountymd.gov/DepHowDoI/search.aspx.

Please be aware that some items are not covered for bulk trash pickup by GFL:

 

Items containing fuels such as Lawn mowers, propane tanks

Household chemicals

Pool chemicals

Oil, anti-freeze, automotive filters

Batteries, small or large

Cooking oils

Paint

 

To schedule a bulk pickup, please follow the below instructions:

 

- Go to the GFL website:  https://gflenv.com/request-service/

- Fill in your address

- Click ‘check availability’

- Fill out your contact information

- In the “Additional Notes” area, write ‘Middlebridge Village HOA’

   and include a list of the bulk items you have for pick up.

- Click ‘submit’

- GFL will typically respond within 48 hours.  Once your pickup is scheduled, please follow GFL’s directions for setting your items out for pickup.
